We do our best to get your order to you quickly while balancing the fact that we're a small, independent shop. Here's what you can expect.
Processing Times
- Most orders are packed and shipped within 7–14 business days of purchase.
- During busy seasons, convention prep, restocks, or other operational demands, processing may take up to 30 days. We appreciate your patience — we're a small team wearing a lot of hats.
Shipping Times & Carriers
- U.S. Orders: At checkout, you can choose between USPS or UPS and select the speed that works best for you. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order ships.
- International Orders: All international packages are shipped via UPS for better reliability and tracking. Delivery typically takes 2–6 weeks depending on customs and local postal services.
- You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info when your order ships.
Lost or Misdelivered Orders
- If your package is marked "delivered" but you didn't receive it, or if it gets lost in transit, please contact us.
- We will provide one free replacement shipment to the verified address on file. Beyond this one-time courtesy, we cannot replace or refund additional losses.
- If you notice an address error after placing your order, email us as soon as possible — we can usually correct it if the order hasn't shipped yet.
Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes charged by their country. These charges are outside our control and are not included in your order total at checkout.
EU & UK Customers
If your order ships to the European Union or United Kingdom, you have additional rights under applicable consumer protection law, including a 14-day right of withdrawal or cooling-off period from the date of delivery. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on how to exercise these rights and what conditions apply.
