Refund policy

At Always Sick, we want you to love what you order. Most items are final sale — but if something goes wrong on our end, we'll make it right.


When We'll Help

We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Wrong item received — we sent the incorrect sticker, product, or size
  • Order never arrived — carrier confirms non-delivery
  • Delivered but missing — tracking says "delivered" but it didn't show up. We'll reverify your address and reship one time for free

If the mistake was ours, you keep the incorrect item. We'll only replace what we got wrong, not the entire order.


What's Not Refundable

We don't offer returns or refunds for:

  • Delivered items you no longer want
  • Used, peeled, applied, or worn items
  • Application errors (stickers not sticking, placed incorrectly, etc.)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Mystery Bundles — these are randomized by our bundling system and the contents are not guaranteed. All Mystery Bundle sales are final.

Apparel

Apparel items are final sale. Please review our size guide carefully before ordering.

  • We sent the wrong size — we'll replace it at no cost, no return necessary
  • You ordered the wrong size — we offer a one-time exchange. You must ship the item back to us unused, unworn, and in original condition using a label you provide at your own cost. Once we receive it, we'll send out the correct size

No refunds are issued for sizing errors made at checkout.


Reporting an Issue

Contact us within 30 days of delivery (or ship date if not delivered). Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of what you received (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the issue

Refunds & Replacements

Our first choice is to replace the item at no extra cost, but you can request a refund instead. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 10 business days after approval.


Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 7 days of purchase, provided it hasn't already been packed and shipped. Once it's in the mail, cancellation is no longer possible.


EU Customers

If your order ships to a country in the European Union, you have the legal right under EU Directive 2023/2673 and the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without needing to give a reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at alwayssickco@gmail.com before the 14-day window closes. Starting June 19, 2026, you may also use the withdrawal button available on our store.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not provide prepaid return labels for EU withdrawal requests.

Once we receive the returned item in its original, unused condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note the following are excluded from EU withdrawal rights:

  • Items that have been used, peeled, applied, or worn
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Mystery Bundles (randomized goods)

UK Customers

If your order ships to the United Kingdom, you have similar rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — a 14-day cooling-off period from the date you receive your order.

The same conditions apply as the EU section above: contact us within 14 days, return shipping is on you, and items must be unused and in original condition to qualify for a refund.


In-Person & Convention Orders

Orders placed through our in-person point of sale at conventions or events are handled separately and are not covered by this online policy. If you have an issue with an in-person purchase, reach out to us directly at alwayssickco@gmail.com.


Case-by-Case Flexibility

We're humans first. If something unusual happens, just reach out — we handle every situation fairly and with understanding, even outside these written rules.
